Hande (Ünlü) Aguirre, Ph.D. , Founder and the CEO

Dr. Aguirre, the founder of nebula R+C, is an expert in innovation management with over 15 years of experience. She has led construction, business development, and technology R&D projects within cutting-edge organizations and universities. Her expertise lies in designing, planning, developing roadmaps, and executing innovative projects using agile methodologies. Dr. Aguirre has a proven track record in coordinating international, multidisciplinary teams to achieve impactful results.
Before launching this entrepreneurial journey with nebula R+C, Dr. Aguirre was a Project Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo, where she consulted a major Japanese corporation on innovation ecosystem formation. She holds a Ph.D. in Architecture from The University of Tokyo. Dr. Aguirre's doctoral thesis was on "Organizational Robustness on Project-Based Technology Development", in which she developed a theory on analyzing organizational capabilities to innovate. Dr. Aguirre has published several research papers and presented at international conferences on Innovation Management since 2008.
